When I was able to select my own professional coach, I chose to work with Nadia. She conducted a very helpful and informative 360 review on my behalf and in the months that followed, she guided me how I could be a stronger leader from the front (vs. from the side). We also worked on how I could implement the feedback she had collected from the review and, most importantly, she was an incredibly helpful guide and sounding boarding when I was trying to work through how to handle difficult, complicated and sensitive situations. I left each session with her feeling more confident in my decisions and upcoming actions. 

With professional coaching, I think we gain the most value from choosing someone who will understand our unique life experiences, perspectives and challenges.
