Our 1:1 coaching are personalized programs designed for leaders who want help:

We do what we do because we believe that our world would be a better, brighter, more equitable and liberated place if leaders like you rise up.

We believe that leadership embraces all that you are -- your unique gifts, expression, intersectional identities, history and journey.

Our coaching is rooted in love and integrity, and the belief that you can be a caring, curious, compassionate, vulnerable and ambitious leader, without disowning and hiding away parts of yourself to be accepted and ‘safe’.

We care about learning how to hold, process and navigate your fears of failure, being judged and causing harm or pain to others, instead of avoiding it at all costs.

We know that you are 1000% worthy of achieving your big, ambitious and juicy dreams and goals, and that it’s not worth it if you’re burnt out, overextended and overwhelmed -- no resonant, values-aligned career and life is worth the cost of your wellness, joy and peace.

Hey, I’m Nadia, and I’m so happy you’re here! 

I’m a leadership coach for women and femmes of color and the founder of Real You Leadership.

I’ve coached over 200+ BIPOC women & femme leaders to reclaim their life direction and show up as their REAL, authentic selves in every aspect of their life and in every space they occupy, through one-on-one coaching and by leading collective community spaces with our group coaching programs.

I center my top two values in everything I do: love & integrity. And it’s an honor and delight to help clients like you choose to live a values-aligned life that truly lights you up inside.

Together, we’ll disrupt any behaviors and thought-patterns rooted in fear, self-limiting beliefs and inner-hating narratives that keep pushing you to go down a path that you know deep down is not for you.

I’m an ICF Certified healing-centered coach, and it has been an honor and joy coaching with Real You Leadership since 2021. 

I’m committed to helping my clients become the person they crave to be. Think Morpheus to Neo. This is your computer talking, and I want you to wake up.

I’m a renaissance woman in that I’m multi-passionate, multi-talented and constantly listening to Beyoncé. I love trying new things and failed a lot. And it’s all part of my own constant self-discovery. 

I want to help you fall in love with all parts of yourself, even the ones your aunties and inner hater voices shame you about. I want to help you build a home for yourself in your body and nurture her daily. I want to help you reconnect with your intuition and your ancestors as a source of pride and generational healing and wisdom. 

I’ll be your co-captain and intuitive navigator as you adventure into yourself and expand possibilities of where you want your life to go. And during our time together, I’ll challenge you to do that thing you’ve said you wanted to do with abundant love and belief that you can do it.

As you dare to take up space and advocate for yourself out there in the world, during our sessions, I’ll hold space for you to reflect, celebrate, and identify what to refine or to leave behind in order to move towards showing up as 100% your authentic, powerful self.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • A Real You Leadership coach will email you with any of the following: with your match, with any additional questions if needed, a link to book a chemistry call.

  • During our call, we will talk about your unique goals and how we can align as your coach.

    If we determine that we are a good fit, we’ll take you through the next steps to get started.

    If not, we won’t pressure you or get salesy. We understand that this is an important decision and want the best for you.

  • We expect clients to prepare a topic and to make any necessary preparations to be fully present for our session.

    In the beginning of the session, we will invite you to ground, and we’ll co-create what we both need to feel safe and supported during the session. We will then ask you what you want coaching on and what you’d like out of the session. You are always at choice to choose, amend, update your topic and our coaching destination.

    Most of our time spent will be exploring, gaining clarity, processing, bringing awareness, checking for alignment, checking for any inner haters, challenging limiting beliefs, noticing how your body reacts, inviting you to connect to your inner wisdom, celebrating your growth and healing, and anything else you feel called to.

    We’ll guide you as the coach during this process through asking you open ended questions and reflecting back what you’ve shared. As your coach, we will also hold your goals you’ve set for yourself and connect back to them during our sessions.

    Towards the end of the session, we will invite you to commit to some kind of action to integrate what you’ve learned during your session.

    Our goal is for you to come to your own resonant decisions and for you reclaim your inner power and wisdom. We’re here to help you create a special, healing and safe container to connect back to yourself.

  • Our coaching packages are 3 or 6 months long. Each Month you have two 1-hr bi-weekly sessions. Prior to each of your sessions, you will need to prepare a topic and will be invited to fill out a pre-session reflection.

    Coaching is an energetic investment. You are getting radical support to take action, make changes, break cycles, make space to heal past trauma, step out of your comfort zone. It can be a lot, AND your coach will be there for you to hold and witness you through your incremental growth and transformation. We will celebrate you each step of the way.

  • No. This is purely 1:1 coaching. If you’re interested in group coaching, please visit our Activate Your Voice page for our 10-week BIPOC Women Leadership Cohort.

  • No. Our 1:1 Coaching is for and centered around Black, Indigenous, Women, and Femmes of Color. We welcome trans women and non-binary people.

    If you don’t identify as a WOC and want to work with us, we invite you to partner with us to bring our coaching to your team. We partner with allies and their teams to create safe and empowering workplaces.

  • YES! We actually encourage you to ask your company first and utilize any professional development funds you have available.

    Coaching will help you grow as a leader. You will improve your communication and connection with your confidence. It’s a win-win for them to invest in your development.
