No more playing small. No more staying silent. No more shrinking to make others comfortable.

You’re invited to Activate Your Voice.

A transformative 5-Week workshop for BIPOC Women & Femmes to reclaim your voice, take up space unapologetically, and lead out loud—no matter who’s in the room.

We start February 5, 2025. You in?

Women of color don’t feel safe to speak up.

Whether at work, in our businesses, in relationships, or at the bus stop, most of us are holding back.

And of course we would. Systemic oppression, inequities, bias, exclusion, and societal conditioning are constantly telling us to shut up, stay small, and play by their rules.

When we do that we abandon ourselves piece by piece. Our dreams shrink, our boundaries blur, and our confidence crumbles under the weight of silence and lack of self-expression.

We stay stuck in cycles of overwork, people-pleasing, and perfectionism -- we believe that if we just stay quiet, do the most (to the point of burnout), or avoid rocking the boat, we’ll be seen and valued one day.

But, beloved, the cost is too damn high.

And it’s not just us who pay the price. It ripples out into our communities, our relationships, and future generations.

When we stay small, we keep oppressive systems intact.

When we silence ourselves, we teach those around us to do the same.

When we shrink, the world loses the leadership, vision, love, and liberation that only we can offer.

So what’s the alternative…

You need to stand firm in your ‘fuck no’.

You need to use your voice to defy the status quo and the limiting beliefs that make it impossible for women of color to reach their full potential.

It starts with prioritizing your wellness so that you have the energy and capacity to speak for yourself, for your work, and for other people.

When you can set boundaries to protect your energy and time, speak for the value and impact you bring, ask for the necessary support you need to grow and create impactful relationships… damn… sky’s the limit.

  • No more chasing perfection. Perfection is the tool of the oppressor.

  • No more silence in spaces where your voice belongs.

  • No more fitting into others’ expectations.

  • No more shrinking to make others comfortable.

  • No more fear of being too much. Your fullest expression of self matters.

  • No more people-pleasing. It’s time to honor YOUR needs.

  • No more feeling like an imposter. It’s time to fucking own it.

  • No more saying yes when you really mean no. Your boundaries are sacred.

  • No more settling for less than you deserve. You are worthy, period.

  • No more holding back your dreams. Because they are the blueprint for the world we need.

It’s time to catalyze some soul-moving, fear-confronting, values-embodying, do-the-damn-thing-daring, and life-upgrading changes in your life.

Let’s Activate Your Voice!

Activate Your Voice is a liberation movement. It’s a 5-week workshop for BIPOC women and femmes who are sick and tired of playing by rules that don’t serve them.

Our first workshop session is February 5, 2025 @12pm-1:30pm PT, and we meet every week same time after that.

This is an invitation to speak your truth with clarity, set boundaries rooted in self-love, and create a life aligned with your deepest values.

I know speaking up and being witnessed in new ways can be scary, especially for women of color and “the only’s” in the room.

It helps to not have to go at this alone.

Now you're ready for more.

Deep down, you know that you deserve it.

Who better to create equitable, sustainable, safe, joyful spaces, than us?

Alongside a supportive community where you are seen and celebrated, you’ll learn to:

✨ Bring your vision to life unapologetically and attract the aligned community that amplifies your dreams.

✨ Advocate for yourself with courage and clarity so you can receive the opportunities, support, and abundance you deserve.

✨ Step into your brilliance by choosing roles, relationships, clients that honor your unique gifts and integrity.

✨ Redefine success on your terms. Not your family’s. Not society’s. Not your industry’s.

✨ Build reciprocal relationships and community rooted in care, respect, and shared growth.

Become unfuckwithable in 5 weeks.

Activate Your Voice is a workshop with 5 live sessions (yes, all sessions will be recorded!) that include mini-lessons, community breakouts, and collective wisdom sharing.

As you reflect, learn, and integrate your lessons, you will also have the opportunity to take up space, celebrate your amazing self, process, and get coached.

Week 1: Ground

To activate your voice, you must know who you are and what you stand for. We begin by connecting with and honoring your cultural, ancestral, and unique wisdom to craft an authentic leadership vision.

    🌱 What we'll get into:

  • Identify where your voice has been silenced or undervalued by societal and familial expectations.

  • Understand how internalized systemic oppression impact your confidence.

  • Define your core values and leadership foundation.

  • Explore who you are, your voice, and your vision.

Week 2: Awaken

The way you speak to yourself shapes your outer experiences. This week, we dismantle self-doubt and unlearn harmful narratives to build a foundation of self-compassion, courage, and self-trust.

    🌱 What we'll get into:

  • Uncover the 4 “Inner Hater” mindsets holding you back.

  • Shift negative self-talk into affirming, self-honoring narratives

  • Practice reprogramming your mind to see—and believe in—your inherent worth.

Week 3: Restore

Intentional restoration is a radical act of self-love. This week, you’ll release inherited beliefs that no longer serve you and root yourself in your true power. Through reflection, self-honoring practices, and celebration, you’ll reconnect with your full brilliance, water yourself, and embrace your unique gifts.

    🌱 What we'll get into:

  • Design a personalized restoration plan to ground you in moments of doubt.

  • Honoring your inner child, past self, current self, and future self.

  • Recognize and own your unique gifts through the "Own Your Stank" exercises, reclaiming what makes you one of one.

Week 4: Negotiate & Self-Advocate

Speaking up for your needs is what this is all about, friend. This week, you’ll build the confidence to advocate for yourself and practice negotiation strategies and skills that help you ask for (and receive) what you deserve. No more over-explaining, over-giving, or second-guessing yourself.

    🌱 What we'll get into:

  • Naming your desires with clarity and courage—because you’re done waiting for permission.

  • Exploring the boundaries you can set to protect your time, energy, and peace.

  • Learn RYL’s effective ‘C-Sweet Negotiation’ and ‘Equal Energy Exchange Negotiation’ frameworks

  • Exploring the boundaries you can set to protect your time, energy, and peace.

  • Practice bold self-advocacy in real-life role-plays, including handling pushback.

Week 5: Integrate

Your voice has the power to create ripple effects far beyond yourself. In this final week, you’ll claim your leadership voice and envision the impact you’re ready to make.

    🌱 What we'll get into:

  • Design ways to amplify your voice and build aligned, meaningful relationships.

  • Visualize the ripple effects of your leadership in your community and beyond.

  • Create a personalized action plan for expanding your impact and continuing your transformation journey.

What will life be like after the program?

Not the same.

You’ll experience a whole-person transformation by gaining clarity, confidence, and practical tools to live a fully expressed life. (And how many BIPOC women and femmes do you know that can say they’re living a fully expressed life? Not many, I’m guessing…although there’s about to be more after this!)

You’ll walk away with:

  • Radical Self-Compassion: Silence the inner critic and replace self-doubt with self-love. Develop a soft life grounded in self-tenderness, resilience, and joy.

  • Integrity-Driven Leadership Skills: Lead with authenticity in any context, whether it’s managing a team, running a business, or navigating personal relationships.

  • Bold Self-Advocacy & Negotiation Skills: Learn to ask for what you deserve with courage, clarity, and confidence—advocating for your needs in both personal and professional spaces.

  • Amplified Visibility & Impact Strategies: Embrace the importance of being seen and heard. Create ripple effects that inspire change in your community and beyond.

  • Authentic Connection & Community: Build a supportive village of like-minded BIPOC women and femmes who witness, affirm, and uplift your journey.

Note: These outcomes are applicable in various settings, from career advancement to business and personal relationships.

Who is this for? BIPOC women & femmes who are:

🙌🏽 Leaders & Managers navigating predominantly white & male workspaces, who want to redefine leadership in the workplace by leading with integrity, setting boundaries, and inspiring others without compromising their values in every role and level

🤑 Entrepreneurs & Business Owners seeking the confidence to lead with purpose, make decisions with ease, negotiate boldly, and grow sustainably

🌈 Artists & Creatives who choose to embrace their art unapologetically, create beauty and meaning in a world that often overlooks their magic

📣 Activists & Changemakers who want to amplify their impact, mobilize change, and embody courage for collective care.

🌿 Career Breakers & Sabbatical Takers rediscovering their purpose, their values, and the full expression of themselves.

Whether you’re a leader, entrepreneur, artist, activist, or someone on a career break, this program is your catalyst for change. If you’re ready to take up space, be witnessed, and lead in alignment with your truth, values, and purpose, this program is for you.

Who’s leading this thing?

Hey! I'm Nadia, and I'm so joyful you're here.

I’m a leadership coach for women of color and the founder of Real You Leadership — proud daughter of Filipino immigrants, first-gen kid, and current immigrant myself after moving from the Bay Area to to Oaxaca, Mexico), queer, 4’11” shorty.

I’ve coached over 250+ BIPOC women & femme leaders and trained thousands more to reclaim their life direction, lead unapologetically, and show up as their REAL selves in every space they occupy.

Through one-on-one coaching, community-based programs, and workshops, I’ve supported clients to:

  • Quit their 9-to-5 and launch purpose-driven businesses

  • Negotiate 5-figure raises and land dream roles

  • Embody their creative brilliance and make a living from their art

  • Take bold steps toward building movements that amplify intentionally marginalized voices

  • Heal, reconnect with their values, and rediscover their purpose during career breaks and sabbaticals

Here’s the truth: Liberation isn’t a solo act. It’s a collective movement. And historically, Black, Indigenous, and women of color have been kept from reaching our full potential—our earning potential, our leadership potential, and our fulfillment potential. We’ve been sidelined, shut out of rooms, and forced to navigate racist, sexist systems designed to limit us.

Not anymore.

That’s why I’m on a mission to help as many BIPOC women as possible become unfuckwithable in 2025—clear, unapologetic, and unshakable in their leadership, vision, and voice. This movement isn’t just about individual wins—it’s about all of us rising together.

This workshop series is one step toward that mission. It’s a space for you to activate your voice, build unshakable boundaries, and lead with confidence everywhere you show up. The more of us who do this work together, the stronger we become.

I would be honored to have you join us.

Because here’s what what I believe with all my heart:

The world would be a more equitable place if it was run by empowered, expansive, and liberated women of color leaders just like us.

This Workshop Is Not Like the Others

Here's why:

We Center Your Real Self & Intersectional Identities.

We honor the unique, nuanced layers of your identity that shape how you navigate relationships, your work, and the systems of oppression we all operate under. Your lived experience is rich and multifaceted--and we know that’s where your brilliance lies.

We Focus on Incremental Learnings & Shifts.

Instead of overwhelming leaps, we focus on small, steady shifts that build lasting confidence and sustainable growth. You’ll experiment with micro changes, break old cycles, and create self-advocacy practices that stick with your beyond our time together.

We Don’t ‘Positivity Away’ What We Have Every Right to Be Angry About

This program isn’t about empty affirmations. We keep it real about the biases, challenges, and inequities BIPOC face, addressing them head-on to create lasting change. It's about deep self-connection, practical tools, and collective wisdom, grounded in your experience.

We’ll Have Intimate Conversations.

These aren’t just stuffy workshop lessons and surface-level Q&As. We create space for dynamic, meaningful conversations where you’ll receive personalized guidance, ask bold questions, and refine your voice in real-time.

We’ll Come Together In Supportive Community Circles.

In a brave, creative, and affirming space, you’ll connect with other BIPOC women and femmes who understand your journey. Together, you’ll share stories, learn from one another, and co-create a community that celebrates you and your growth journey.
