Hey, I’m Nadia.

I work with leaders, founders, and creatives who are ready to make clear, self-trusted decisions, use their voice with intention, and build careers that actually expand their lives.

My work is rooted in supporting women and gender-expansive, BIPOC leaders—especially those who have been taught, explicitly or not, to succeed by overextending, over-performing, or shrinking parts of themselves.

Most of my clients come to me at an inflection point.

They’ve outgrown the path they’ve been on.
They’re questioning what success is supposed to look like.
And they know they want something more aligned—but aren’t fully clear yet on what that is or how to take the next steps to change things.

That’s where a different kind of leadership is required.

One grounded in self-trust, discernment, and the willingness to choose differently—even when it goes against everything you’ve been taught.

I call this career sovereignty:

Meet the Founder

 
 

Nadia De Ala is a leadership negotiation coach, executive coach, speaker and facilitator on a mission to close the intersectional pay and leadership gap.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, decision-making, communication, and power. She has dedicated her practice to supporting career women of color and educating organizations committed to affirming the full humanity of their employees.

She is known for blending sharp strategic thinking with deep listening and an ability to quickly identify the patterns shaping how her clients operate, lead, and make decisions.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all frameworks, Nadia’s approach is nuanced, honest, and grounded in real-world application. Her work creates meaningful shifts in how clients navigate complexity, communicate with clarity, and move forward with intention.

Before founding Real You Leadership, Nadia spent over a decade in enterprise and startup tech, leading high-performing teams through rapid growth.

Her real coaching and leadership style empowers these women to confidently and intuitively navigate the corporate world, shatter the limitations, and transform their careers - all without shrinking, self-sacrificing, or conforming.

Nadia has partnered with leaders at companies like Google, Airbnb, Amazon, Meta, General Assembly, Gusto and others to create psychologically safe spaces for themselves, BIPOC, and women that drive positive organizational change. The dynamic workshops she and the Real You Leadership team facilitate provide corporations with real-world tools to navigate the complex intersectional identities and perspectives within teams.
