Why did you choose to work with Nadia?
As a woman of color in tech, it’s often challenging to find allies and coaches who can empathize and understand your worldview and experiences. From our first phone call, I felt comfortable with Nadia right away—a sense of feeling heard and seen. I wanted to have her be a part of my journey and knew her coaching would be impactful for my leadership growth.
What goals did you want to achieve during coaching?
Embracing vulnerability, building an executive leadership presence, and finding my purpose and passion.
What results have you achieved since we started working together?
The biggest win has been learning how to listen to my inner voice and leading with my core values. Over the course of ten months, I’ve had some life changing revelations about myself and taken big steps towards becoming who I want to be.
How was the experience different than when you were doing/trying to achieve your goals on your own?
Having a coach added a layer of support (encouragement, accountability, challenge etc.) that helped me achieve my goals in an intentional and quicker way than I would have on my own.
What do you like best about working with Nadia?
She’s deeply committed to her clients, values and celebrates all parts of the journey, and always focused on helping you find your own answers.
How else have you benefited from working together?
Coaching together allowed me to figure out how to trust in myself and leverage my own skills to take action towards my goals. It isn't about someone telling you what to do, it’s about being able to guide yourself through the journey to find your own answers.
What was the impact of working with a coach that specialized in working with self-identified WOCs?
I appreciated Nadia’s ability to truly understand the challenges that WOC face in everyday life as leaders. This allowed for there to be trust and connection in a genuine way.

Yes. I would recommend Nadia to anyone who is in looking to develop in their leadership skills.
What was a pleasant surprise during our coaching, or as a result of our coaching?
Just feeling / seeing / experiencing the incremental moments of change throughout the course of coaching in myself. Those small moments that make you realize you’re responding differently or doing something differently as a result of the work you’ve put into your goals. Feels pretty amazing.
What's the most important thing people should know about working with Nadia?
She only works with powerful YES’s! Meaning, you have to really want to do the work and be dedicated to the journey.
