May be it’s a long-awaited pivot, a big promotion, a passion project, or a bold expansion of your leadership.
Now it’s about doing the damn thing.
You could move forward on your own, but deep down you know you can get there more joyfully, values-aligned, and even faster with support.
You know you don’t need another course, a 47-step framework, or another personal growth book.
You need:
Clear goals for this next season.
A space to think, breathe, get aligned, and take the next steps.
A coach a community that get you and support you as you make moves.
This is Leadership in Seasons comes in.
Leadership in Seasons is an intimate and intentional coaching container for BIPOC women & femmes who want to grow with ambition and care.
Over four months, we’ll weave together private 1-on-1 coaching, group coaching, and space for collective grounding and reflection so you can move towards that next milestone with radical support that supports your vision and well-being.
This time isn’t hustle culture and a space to grind harder.
It’s a space for you to grow as a leader and move towards your goals while honoring your natural pace and rhythms in this season.
Go after your big goals without sacrificing your energy, rest, or well-being. We focus on incremental progress, bold experiments out of your comfort zone, and continuous reflection practices to make this a season of sustainable growth.
You’ll get insight, reflection, and strategies to trust your intuition, make values-aligned decisions that you’re excited to do, and cultivate the confidence and courage to move through challenges.
Build the capacity, skills, and mindset to self-lead and lead in your communities while navigating uncertainty, instability, or external pressures unique to BIPOC leaders.
You get the best of both worlds with 1 private coaching session each month and group sessions with values-aligned leaders to help you move through challenges, get unstuck, and maintain momentum towards your next goals.
