 What It Is

Leadership in Seasons is an intimate and intentional coaching container for BIPOC women & femmes who want to grow with ambition and care.

Over four months, we’ll weave together private 1-on-1 coaching, group coaching, and space for collective grounding and reflection so you can move towards that next milestone with radical support that supports your vision and well-being.

This time isn’t hustle culture and a space to grind harder. 

It’s a space for you to grow as a leader and move towards your goals while honoring your natural pace and rhythms in this season.

Our Seasonal Flow 

Each month is built around a natural cycle:

November: Plant & Ground

  • Tl;dr: Root your intentions, set boundaries to create space, and reclaim energy and time for yourself.

  • Energy &Leadership Focus: Tending to what’s ready to grow, noticing what needs to fall and rest in this season, and trusting your intuition.

  • Why This Matters: Rooting yourself now creates space and fertile ground for your next moves — emotionally, professionally, personally, physically, and mentally.

Core Practices:

  • Clarify your leadership vision and goals for the next 4 months

  • Reflect on past seasons, cycles, and lessons that support you

  • Create intentional space for your priorities today


December: Nurture & Play

  • Tl;dr: Take strategic action, play and test out bold moves, gather data.

  • Energy & Leadership Focus: Slow expansion, courageous actions, growth mindset, practicing curiosity and discernment.

  • Why This Matters: Incremental progress and full self-expression matter more than perfection. Experimenting and playing with a courageous, understanding, and supportive collective strengthens confidence, boldness, learning, and resilience.

Core Practices:

  • Check-ins on progress and adjustments to your goals/next steps

  • Community sharing + peer accountability

  • Coaching on stretching past your growth edges and comfort zones


January: Reflect & Integrate

  • Tl;dr: Pause, celebrate wins, lock in lessons for sustainable growth.

  • Energy & Leadership Focus: Power of the pause to self-celebrate, integrate lessons, systematize learnings for sustainable leadership practices, and recommitment to vision.

  • Why This Matters: Sustainable leadership relies on reflection, renewal, and the integration of learning and growth into new actions and behaviors. Honoring your wins builds momentum and confidence, and integration practices support growth to stick beyond this season.

Core Practices:

  • Reflect on achievements and self-celebrate

  • Clarify your growth points and your lessons in this season

  • Group coaching to move through challenges, recommit to your vision, and get clarity on next steps


February: Bloom & Rise

  • Tl;dr: Step into your next season with clarity, momentum, and a plan you’re excited to follow

  • Energy & Leadership Focus: Intentional action, bold steps, creating space for your continued actions and next chapter, and maintaining self-sovereignty as you expand your impact.

  • Why This Matters: Your journey continues beyond our 4-month season together. This is to support you in continuing to ground yourself in confidence as you move forward with clarity, power, and a stronger self-leadership foundation.

Core Practices:

  • Finalize and commit to resonant, actionable steps for the next chapter

  • Intentional planning to ensure you continue growing momentum

  • Closing ceremony and coaching as a collective

Monthly 1:1 Coaching Session with Nadia (50 min)

Monthly Community Journal Café & Grounding (60 min)

  • Guided reflection, journaling, and intentional-setting

  • Connection with other BIPOC women & femmes moving toward their next-season goal

  • Share insights, swap strategies, and receive peer support

  • Access to session recording

Collective Coaching Circle (90 min)

  • Group coaching and collective care, support, and wisdom

  • Pure “hot-seat/love-seat” coaching to unblock, refine, and move forward

  • Access to session recording
